KOLKATA: Sixteen-year-old Poonam Khatoon oozes confidence. “I am a karate champion,” she proudly announced before Hillary Clinton at the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) on Sunday afternoon and asked her whether she would like to watch her perform.
